Returns, Refunds, and Replacement Orders

Return Policy

Our returns policy is simple, straightforward, and easy to understand: if at any point within 30 days of receiving your order you aren’t satisfied, for any reason, simply contact us and we’ll make it right by providing at our discretion either a refund, or a replacement order, depending upon the specific situation. We highly value customers like you and always want you to be happy and satisfied with your order. Please reach out to us if you have any problems at all with your order. There is absolutely no risk in ordering from us.

* This policy applies to new/unused items in original packaging. Opened packaging is ok, so long as the items haven’t been used.

The Return Process

You can contact us to initiate a return/refund by using the form on our contact page, or sending a direct email to: Please be sure to include your order number in your return request.

Replacement orders and/or refunds are generally initiated within 48 hours of you contacting us with a problem. Refunds, once initiated, may take 7-10 days to show up on your method of payment as a credit.

In the event of a return, we may request that you send the ordered items back to us, in which case a pre-paid return label will be provided to you via email. If we make this request, then the refund will be initiated within 48 hours of when we receive the ordered items back from you.

There are no restocking fees, and no shipping charges to return items to us.

Holiday Extended Return Policy

Orders placed between November 20th and December 25th are eligible for an extended return window of 60 days. If you place an order between these dates, you can request a refund for any reason within 60 days of receiving your order.

Processing Times


For the most part, all target orders are processed within 24 hours, except on Saturdays, which require 48 hours due to the Sunday off day for USPS. Saturday orders ship out first thing Monday morning. During the holidays (i.e. Christmas, Thanksgiving), this timeframe can sometimes stretch out beyond 24 hours depending upon variables like product availability, but during most parts of the year your order will process quickly. If at any point there is an extended processing delay (more than 48 hours), you’ll receive an email from us that details the delay. For example, certain targets are sometimes on backorder, and we’ll therefore need a little more time to process those orders. Once the order is processed, you’ll receive an email that details the shipping info (tracking number).

Most Other Products: T-Shirts, Mugs, Hoodies, Etc.

Most non-target items are available “on demand”, which means that they are made for you after you place your order. There are a few exceptions to this, such as Liberal Tears gun oil, which we stock and ship, but for the most part this holds true. This method of fulfillment reduces costs and risks for small businesses like ours, and makes it possible for us to offer you a wider range of products than would otherwise be possible if we were to stock every single item.

On demand items take a little longer on average to process, typically around 2-3 days. You’ll usually get an email from us within 24 hours that lets you know that your item was sent to “production”, which means it is in the process of being made just for you. Once the item is finished and shipped, the order processing is done and you’ll receive another email with the shipping info (tracking number).

Mixed Orders

If your order is a mixture of stocked items, such as shooting targets, and on demand items, such as mugs or t-shirts, then the items will ship out separately, and you’ll receive more than one ship notification. For example, if you order some large Joe Biden targets, Liberal Tears gun oil, and a patriotic mug, then the shooting targets and Liberal Tears will ship out immediately. You’ll receive an automated ship notification with the tracking info. At the same time, the mug will be sent to production. In 2-3 days on average, you’ll receive a second ship notification with the tracking info for the mug.

Shipping Info


All targets ship out via USPS Priority Mail (large targets) or First Class Mail (small targets), and we charge a standard flat rate for all shooting target orders. This rate covers the average cost of shipping to most places within the US. Although delivery times will vary depending upon where in the US you live, you should generally allow around 2-3 days for large target orders to reach you, and 3-4 days for small target orders to reach you, once they are processed and shipped. If you haven’t received your target order within a week of the shipment notification, then please contact us and we’ll investigate.

Please note that shipping is charged “per class”, which means that large targets and small targets have separate shipping charges, because they ship separately.

Most Other Products: T-Shirts, Mugs, Hoodies, Etc.

As mentioned above in the order processing section, most other products are available “on demand”. Shipping for these items is also a standard flat rate to all areas within the United States. Please allow about 3-4 days for these items to reach you, and as with targets, if you haven’t received your order within a week of the ship notification, please contact us and we’ll investigate the situation.

Mixed Orders

In the case of mixed orders, you’ll be charged a combined flat shipping rate that takes both the stocked items (targets, Liberal Tears gun oil, etc.), and the on demand items (mugs, t-shirts, etc.) into account. You should generally expect the stocked items to reach you first, as they will usually ship out while the on demand items are in production (being made for you).

Tracking Numbers

Shipment tracking numbers, when provided by USPS, are always emailed via a separate shipment notification. If you didn’t receive a ship notification, then please check your spam folder to make sure our emails aren’t getting filtered out of your inbox. Although this isn’t usually a problem, some email providers are a bit too aggressive at filtering out spam and oftentimes filter legitimate email as well (I’m looking at you Hotmail and Outlook).

Also, certain items that ship via USPS First Class mail, such as the small shooting targets, will not have a tracking number. In these cases, you’ll receive an automated ship notification that also notes that “no tracking number was provided”, just to let you know.
